A win for sure, but that statement is not nearly groveling enough to be considered "humiliating". That would have required retraction and apology. We'll see if they find a prominent role for her at the level she had in The Mandalorian. She's been black balled in Hollywood since Disney fired her, getting only a couple low budget b-roles. I don't think this undoes that, unless Disney agreed to give her roles as part of the settlement. Hopefully, her settlement included several million dollars to compensate for her damaged career.

I was told many years ago by an HR director that when you fire a person do not ever give out any information to prospective employers other than that they worked here from this date to that date, else you could be set up for a lawsuit.............
