It started as ice cream with some crunch added and has evolved into a real meal

But properly managed, that bundle could set her up for life. If I were her financial advisor, I would advise her to buy a couple of well located, well managed apartment buildings in a red area. A (maybe not so) modest income for life, and a place to live if everything else goes south.
