How do the American people get justice for arguably the greatest political scandal in U.S. history? This question looms over the Trump administration as Russiagate — or Obamagate, as it perhaps should be known — continues unraveling.
At least nine years after this sordid scandal began, it has become ever clearer that, at the direction of President Barack Obama, the leaders of his national security and intelligence apparatus used and abused their awesome powers to baselessly frame Donald Trump as a traitor. They did this in seeming coordination with foreign governments, the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign, and regime media.
This domestic regime change operation — or domestic regime preservation operation — aimed to prevent the peaceful transfer of power in any meaningful sense, delegitimize and destroy Donald Trump and his first presidency, and protect the ruling class status quo. All the while, it disenfranchised the tens of millions of Americans who had rejected that status quo by way of electing Trump.
Absent justice for Obamagate, the lesson to the conspirators is that they should go even bigger next time. This would be catastrophic.
Theoretically, justice would consist of several parts. The starting point would be providing total transparency into the investigations, and investigations into the investigations, into Trump. This is necessary to expose the full scope of the fraud, corruption, and criminality foisted upon our republic and the associated cover-ups. Next, those complicit in the conspiracy would face justice to the maximum extent possible. Then, as a further deterrent, our leaders would restructure the institutions party to the conspiracy and implement dramatic changes to personnel and policy, including imposing severe criminal penalties for acts akin to those undertaken in Obamagate. Lastly, those whose lives were upended, reputations destroyed, and rights violated in the commission of the conspiracy would receive restitution.
Practically, achieving justice is a much thornier proposition. The Trump administration has begun lifting the veil on Obamagate with its recent disclosures regarding the fraudulence of the hoax’s origins. The revelations have been resisted at every turn by the hoax’s perpetrators, who have also had a years-long head start in burying evidence and covering their tracks. What’s more, acolytes of John Brennan, James Clapper, and James Comey are likely still burrowed in the primary agencies behind Obamagate today — some in perhaps significantly more senior positions....SNIP

This is the key. The Hillary State which commenced in the 1990's is still there, still operating, and has complied massive dossiers of blackmail material to use against politicians and prosecutors alike.
They thought they had enough to stop Trump in 2016 - but he just laughed them off and grew even more powerful. Others who lack Trump's charisma and billions won't dare to fight back.
Everybody needs to stop calling these crimes a “hoax” and start calling it was it is - a conspiracy. Hoax implies it was some kind of harmless prank; instead, the real intent of conspiring to frame the newly-elected President of crimes he never committed and override the votes cast by American citizens.
NO! Stop with the tedious and obligatory "--gate" crap! Nothing trivializes these serious issues and crimes better than adding this tired, insipid, cliche branding to it.
People maintain that if justice is not served, it may happen again. Why the “may” happen again? It will happen with the next democrat administration.
It is also demoralizing for our supporters if the bad actors are not brought to justice.
We are getting sick and tired of the obvious double standard.

That’s when the Kenyan-led group of coup plotters brought the conspiracy from one govt
branch to another. Surely, we can find something in the law to apply to devious Democrats?

Start out with the mass military execution of all those Rats (Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Clinton, Stroke, McCabe, Holder etc.) including the long legged mac daddy himself, Obama. /spit
In the movies, if a gang leader gives instructions and orders a hit on his enemy or enemies, and the gang fails to deliver the results, the gang leader (mobster), would immediately find others to destroy the evidence and the failed gang members.
Hillary and Obama failed as gang leaders.
No wonder Hillary cried her eyes out, after planning the hit on Trump and then coming up very short of her goal. I imagine she still has nightmares about how her conspiracy, aka: crimes, failed miserably. She’s having a lot more nightmares lately, and so is Obama and fellow criminal gang members.
The term “hoaxers” makes it sound like it was merely a prank, and not a treasonous coup.
Agree 100%. We've been deluged with so many "gates", most of which never went anywhere or saw anyone brought to justice, that the term confers a sense of Kabuki theater and triviality on them.
I prefer the terms enemies foreign and domestic.
There are oaths out there that apparently reference those specific labels
Whether oath takers are oath keepers are another thing

Conspiracy to Overthrow the legitimate Government- not this “gate” crap. Trials or military tribunals of the accused and a guilty verdict gets you the Spandau Ballet. Put it on PPV and make children watch it like we used to watch the World Series on schooldays. The thought of seeing Susan Rice and John Brennan kicking their shoes off at the end of a steel cable warms my heart ♥️
