No. That’s what I initially thought. Upon reading the article further I see that she had accumulated points for previous infractions. Some sort of cumulative effect.
She’s an habitual offender. They don’t play in GB when it comes to orderly traffic. It’s not like here where offenders (some) are allowed to disrespect the police and refuse to comply while using public roads.
