Yeah, but it was hard to open my mouth after dinner.
Horse Glue ?
I was a paste eater as a kid. it’s an acquired taste for those of us with a sophisticated palette.
Diana....
Thoughts?
There is a product called moo gloo, used just for this purpose. It’s probably also used to make those deli counter meats like turkey breasts that are so large, they can’t possibly be one turkey breast, so they probably glue pieces together. Transglutaminase is the chemical name for moo gloo.
“Since I raise and process around 100 cattle per year,”
100 cattle per year is not a cattle rancher, just a side deal apart from his other affairs. You don’t make money on 100 head.
Only if it’s horse meat.
Glue vs lab grown
Ill take glue
Meat glue, pink slime. Thanks a lot fellas.
Canned beef stew used to be pretty good, or almost, anyhow. Then they cheaped out and started using “chunked and formed” scraps held together with glue. That’s pathetic
In other news my brother who set up liquid flow rate machines for various manufacturers, worked in a chicken pot pie factory once. Lines of semis with live chickens entered the facility while lines of freezer semis hauling pot pies exited. It was a busy business.
Asshole glued shut.
“””100 cattle per year is not a cattle rancher,”””
Hobby farm.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for the laugh!
100 head @ $4500 per head = $450,000 just saying
100 head is just playing. He's a hobby rancher and apparently an expert.... lol.
The real ranchers are working, not posting on social media to get "views."
4500 for cattle?
During WWII, we used to eat Spam and pretend it was real meat... We were happy to get it...
Rationing meant ONLY the rich people got enough stamps so they could eat beef or lamb...
Last I heard they’re about $3.50/lb on the hoof for feedlot steers.
And they get slaughtered at 800-1000lbs.
No wonder the cheeseburger I had today cost so much.
