As the former president’s “chickens come home to roost,” it will be interesting to see how this slick politician twists the revelations.
For two decades, Barack Obama has demonstrated, through words and deeds, that his deference is toward no one other than himself. This is a man who behaves as if he were ordained to deliver America from the faults of the forty-two presidents that preceded him and to straighten out any president who succeeds him. That’s why it took the former Commander-in-Chief a whole seven days of being subjected to prison memes and accusations of “treason” to manifest public indignation over being perceived as anything less than Messianic.
Barack Obama pretends that he would never levy a war against the U.S. or take up arms against the American people. However, by providing material support to a party at war with the Constitution, it appears he would, and he has. The only difference is that Obama’s weapons of warfare are political subterfuge, deceit, and manipulation.
Partial to what constitutes “misinformation” and what does not, the former president defended himself against the recent controversial accusations coming from the Trump administration. In response to Donald Trump’s statement that Obama and his band of sleazy warriors committed “treason” during and after the 2016 presidential election, the former president sent out a spokesperson to address what he is calling “a desperate distraction,” “misinformation,” and “bizarre allegations.”
Obama is reacting because the current Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, recently declassified documents revealing that he was integral in a plan to cover up intel gathered by then-Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, that proved Russia tried but could not exercise influence over the 2016 election. Although I don’t think he is likely to be convicted even if there is video evidence of everything, he needs to be charged, his reputation smeared and the trials (plural) so lengthy and complicated that he will be bankrupted by legal fees. That is the only way to make the ‘RAT party afraid to do this again.

I would be satisfied if the “reputation” so carefully constructed in the Obama years as a “change agent” is finally tarnished and demolished beyond ever being salvaged for all time. Benedict Arnold stands to be replaced as the most treasonous of men in a country that was supposedly based on the rule of law as opposed to the rule of men.
I don’t really think the public wants to see a former President in prison but Obama needs to be charged and tried and found guilty even if they let him off with probation and he can never be involved in politics again.
They demonized Richard Nixon for 50 years over nothing.
I want payback. Prison for Obama would be nice. At a minimum, his name should become a byword for “worst president imaginable”.

They tried to put Trump in prison many times for contrived “crimes”. He was arrested and had his mug shot taken. Zer0 deserves very harsh treatment otherwise the democRATs will keep doing these things.
No doubt the subject of Big Mike as a candidate will die out now.
Obama is, and has always been, disgusting.
Obama can still give a good speech! That was his greatest skill. But he is also vindictive. I have no doubt he tried to get Trump out of office. Someday we will learn the full truth about the man and it will be ugly.
Here is the issue for prosecution of Obama beyond the obvious political and race problems:
#1. Which courts would here essentially Treasonous activity done by a former POTUS. He is an elected civilian President, but he is also commander in chief of the military. Will it be military tribunal, or civilian courts?
#2 Does double jeopardy apply here since they are crimes in the military and Federal crimes? Can he be tried in a Military tribunal and Federal Court for the same events?
#3. Can he be tried for Treason if after arrest it can be verified that he was never a US citizen? Can he use the argument that he wasn’t born in Hawaii, or that his mother was underage to give citizenship, or that his father was a British Subject (by treaty born British)? He could avoid hanging by claiming this, and perhaps even ‘seditious’ conspiracy.
#4. What if he was the actor behind Demented Joe Biden and was giving the instruction and orders during the Biden Presidency? Was he responsible for the arrests? The sham NY trials? What if he was manipulating the political landscape through an illegal relationship during the Biden years?
#5. Punishment. If it’s Treason, then he is subject to the obvious maximum penalty which is Hanging. If it’s sedition, then imprisonment in Florence, CO if convicted. The British, whom he could claim citizenship, could request him back or any other nation he had ‘citizenship’ with or passports for.
I can’t imagine another time historically that it has been left in black and white that a POTUS has committed such crimes. I can’t imagine that the media is focused on ‘Epstein’ when we are seeing the unimaginable about former POTUS and the intelligence services.
Obviously, we cannot live under a regime where Eric Holder or Janet Reno is empowered to declare the opposition party “at war with the Constitution”, so the “American” Thinker and other similar troublemakers should cut out the “treason” business.
Oh, and by the way, “treason” is not against the US government (”it”), it is against a collaborative of sovereign States (”them”).

I agree. Obama should face justice. I’m just saying putting former presidents in prison is not generally something the public wants.

It is real easy for a puppet to look or appear smart, especially when nothing the puppet says or does will be reported or investigated.
Without a teleprompter, the “brilliance” of the puppet is always exposed.
