10% of what? water, fat, muscle mass?
Quantify the numbers. Also, if a body reduces its overall weight by 10% - of course the amount of testosterone will go up as a percentage of the body weight.
There are, am given to understand, three ways to measure testosterone - free, bound, blood (appx)
Many ways to massage these numbers. Would check the Life Extension Foundation for more information, as they researched this years ago, not using drugs.

I lost 28 lb. in 57 days taking Mounjaro.
I've noticed no change in testosterone or need to test blood testosterone levels, inasmuch as I have always felt its propulsion.
