I got a flu vax about 35 years ago and then caught the flu. No vax since and no flu. No covid vax either, my MD said I didn’t need one.

I’ve lived here 15 years. Had a cold once about 7 years ago, fixed with OTC Mucinex and antihistamine.

Prevention rocks. Take Vitamin C daily and have for decades.

The problem is the cumulative affect of thimerosal from so many childhood vaccines recommended for infants and minor children; its not about a single isolated dose. Its like sugar is not unhealthy, but excessive consumption of sugar is.
