It’s been “unseasonably pleasant” in California, all spring and summer so far.
It has been very nice in San Diego, yet we get Excessive Heat warnings when the forecasted high is 81 degrees. WTH?

It has been very nice in San Diego, yet we get Excessive Heat warnings when the forecasted high is 81 degrees. WTH? Yeah, I had to laugh when I saw the heat warning. It's supposed to hit 80 today. This is the mildest July in recent memory. I'm hoping it continues through August and September, but that's probably too much to ask for.
