She has an argument before SCOTUS that she never should have been prosecuted because of Epstein's plea deal. They could have invoked that as proof she didn't have a Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. They preferred to prosecute her to keep her silent. Let her off, and she has to talk. The Biden administration didn't want her talking because she might have impugned other Rats, possibly including Biden himself.
