A lot of heavy guys who lose weight look odd later.
I think there’s a catch-22 for these types where they have to keep the diet up or they gain the weight back too easily. So they get looking too thin for their body.
He said his weight loss was due to diet and exercise, not medication.
No baggy face, so he may have used Ozempic moderately, like you’re supposed to.
He is worried about going to prison with Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Obama, and Hillary
No baggy face suggests he was mostly telling the truth.
He only looks odd because we are used to seeing bloated, self-indulgent Americans.
As an aside, I had a morbidly obese friend recently tell me that my keto diet sounded unhealthy (I've eaten low carb since the 1970s). I don't think she saw the irony in her comment.;-)

He lost weight years ago when he thought he was going to be President.
Wow, that certainly is a major transformation. Did not even recognize him as him. Would have said no way, if someone just showed us a picture of him. His voice even sounds different.
I lost a lot of weight years ago. People thought I was sick. Even losing 10 makes you look different. Kept it off all these years.

Drew Carey is one of those who look odd when thin. I think he looked better when he was fat, now he’s relegated to hosting “The Price is Right.”
I believe him that it was just diet and exercise. A very low carb or keto or carnivore diet works like magic, especially for men. I know from firsthand experience.
