Andy Byron has resigned from his big bucks CEO position of AI company Astronomer just days after he was caught canoodling with his head of HR on a jumbotron at a Coldplay concert, setting off a wild internet frenzy.
“As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,” the company said in a statement. “Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted.”
On Thursday, the company said Byron was placed on leave and an interim CEO was named.
Byron and Kristin Cabot sparked a near-unprecendented viral storm when they were seen desperately dodging the kiss cam while cuddling at the concert near Boston Wednesday night.

Yes, truth is stranger than fiction these days all over the place.
Yes, I'm sure his wife and kids found it hilarious.
She may have a job now, but but all future performance reviews will be in the toilet.
Caboobelling.
I remember the Hokey Pokey, but not the Hanky Panky.
What a whoreable woman. She canoodled up to two CEOs (she was on the board of her current husband’s company before marriage). I wouldn’t doubt that she broke up her first marriage by cheating with her current husband. She’s a trainwreck all the way around... and is the Chief People Officer! And the CEO is just the typical arrogant prick who has no regard for anyone other than his own insatiable ego and ambition. Broke up his own home for this floozy. This could not have happened to two bigger idiots and I enjoy seeing their public downfall.
Conduct within Tech companies? LMAO
The odds on the new CEO being a Desi slumdog?
They thought HR stood for Human Relations and got right to work. Was that wrong?
It’s mandatory to have HR for any company over 50 people.
Hope he got a HUGE bonus package so his wife can get half!!!
Sorry but the HEAD OF HR needs to go SHE is the one demanding all the rules for everyone working there!!!
The funny thing is that a company didn't need a HR department back in the '50s. I'll let you figure out why.

“Morals” clauses exist today?
Amazing!
I say about the same to my wife.
Was that wrong? I mean nobody told me that was wrong.
I’m wondering what the idiot told the soon-to-be ex on his whereabouts that particular evening. Long night at the office?
