Was printing. That’s the key. Joe Biden damage, and ushering in a financial collapse was expected if the Democrats stayed in power. The democrats believed they could drop it on Trump, but I am not sure, as there are signs of economic recovery now.

The U.S. dollar has lost something like 12% of its value just in the first six months of 2025. There are major cracks in the foundation of our economy that can’t be fixed in our political system.

Lack of buyers for our debt instruments ( US Treasuries) has little to do with that…the Federal Reserve is having to buy more unsold, unwanted Treasuries…
printing more funny money always leads to inflation.

Even if we assume that the Fed is not a nefarious (which it is), the temptations of being able to create money from nothing are tremendous.

If the Fed is to be reigned in (it is unlikely that we could actually abolish the central banking system), then there needs to be systematic limits on their ability to lend money.

One way to do this would be to eliminate the trade deficit, which creates demand for USD via the balance of payments. This is how the Fed was limited during the Bretton Woods system.

The chart does not show money creation.

It shows how much the US Government is borrowing per quarter. A lot.

And it will not be paid back.

Everyone would do well to figure out what they are going to do...when the entire world figures out those debts will never be paid.

That has little to do with foreign nations buying our debt instruments, which is decreasing, which funds our day to day operations, which has the Fed having to buy our unbought Treasuries, which adds mucho to our increasingly high debt..

Our national debt is exploding, $37 trillion, which is unpayable.

There are major cracks in the foundation of our economy that can’t be fixed in our political system.

Even if it made a difference, which it doesn't, we're not allowed to try.

When it suggested to take all illegals off Medicaid, phony GOP pols squealed that would harm "rural hospitals." so we only did - supposedly - 1.4 million. A drop in the bucket.

Asking able-bodied leeches getting medicaid to work part time was framed as "cuts in medicaid." Poor babies need to work part time.

We can't even stop the plundering by illegal invaders and able bodied. We're forced to watch as they strangle us.

Ecuador uses the US dollar as their currency. The reason it was adopted in around 2000 was because their government was not fiscally responsible. By adopting the US dollar as their official currency, double digit inflation has stopped and if the government wants to encourage job growth or exports, they must pass laws favorable to business.

I have been to Ecuador and people are very pleased with the change to the dollar.

One of the things Trump has talked about is bench-marking the US dollar to a crypo currency. That would stop a lot of the Federal Reserve Bank QE and other nonsense and allow Congress to control fiscal policy rather than the Fed.

I tried printing money. Well, not exactly. What I did was print fake account reports and sent them to my investors showing their accounts were making profits when they were actually being drained to nothing by me. My ponzi scheme cost me eleven years in the federal pen.
