We Need Clear Heads, And A Plan, About Epstein-Gate
American Thinker ^ | 15 Jul, 2025 | Julian R. Sinclair

Demanding that everything instantly be released—assuming that the Deep State didn’t already destroy incriminating materials—is a recipe for disaster.

Over 90% of the responses and discussion about the way the Trump Administration has mishandled the Epstein documents and records have been emotional, vitriolic, or filled with outrage. I can understand why and agree to a large degree: What Jeffrey Epstein did, likely with the approval (if not outright endorsement) of Western intelligence agencies, was a crime against humanity. However, it is in these moments when faced with immense evil that we must proceed with clear heads and not react emotionally.

It speaks well to our side that, unlike the four years in which Biden did not release the Epstein documents, there is a collective rage from the right at the Trump administration’s gross mishandling (some would argue outright cover-up, but I doubt this) of the case. Unlike the Democrats, we demand and hold our leaders accountable, even when it might hurt us. That is because our side actually believes in justice and accountability, even when it is not convenient for us.

However, we should avoid demanding resignations unilaterally, getting angry, or shouting “Damn the consequences, release it all!” None of us who aren’t in the Trump administration really have all the facts, and even if we did, those responses would be based on emotional outrage and not good sense, or even blind justice.

What might be the consequences of just “releasing it all, damn the consequences!” We don’t know how far this crime against humanity goes, but let us assume that it involves world leaders, Fortune 500 CEOs, and the elite across the entire world. First, we have no idea which world leaders it would affect, which regions it would destabilize, or even which company’s stocks would be affected.

While “stock prices” may seem trivial compared to justice, would you be willing to sacrifice the pension funds of millions of working-class Americans?

Yes! If we choose not to administer justice because the criminal is "too essential" to society then we have no justice at all. End the two-tier system

This is like a minor infection.

If you ignore it then it gets worse and worse.

It you address it quickly it goes away quickly.

“”A few months ago most people would have said this was fine. Instead, Pam Blondi said, “oh I have videos and evidence on my desk” and, “we will release it soon!”””

But, with all due respect... she also said that she had not looked at the files yet. Apparently, once reviewed, our side determined that much of it had been ‘created, tainted and tampered with’ to implicate the GOP (ie fake, lies). It’s not unusual. It’s exactly how the radical left Democrats roll and I would have been surprised if they did NOT tamper with the files.

What if it were your retirement that became worthless because half the Fortune 500 CEOs of the past 30 years were implicated? Would you be willing to live a retirement in poverty when you say “damn the consequences?”

He tells us not to be emotional, and then delivers a hot-button lob like this one so far beyond the scope of reality as to be unworthy of publication. What the hell is AT doing tolerating rhetoric like this?

Are you yourself willing to die in a war that the CIA’s blackmail theoretically might have prevented?

Oh please.

Everybody with functioning frontal lobes knows that ALL spy agencies use sex toys to acquire influence. Nobody is going to be surprised at that. Outraged? Well, maybe to the point that we primary some Republicans (Democrats don't care as long as there is an advantage to them), but their replacements are liable to be better than what we have now given that more are awake about whom they vote for. The sooner it gets over with the better, with which to spend more time to prepare for the mid-terms. I just don't have that much confidence in the truisms out of the political consulting class. Things have changed.

I hate to say this, but we really have to hold everyone on equal terms.

What if a local democRAT could get Schumer to add your name to the list? And they are pressing Republicans to release (their) list. This is how they play the game. Do you still want to play?

You can’t issue the statement, “I haven’t looked at the files yet,” not right after saying she had the info on her desk and hours of videos.

First rule of public relations is never volunteer information you haven’t been ready to act on or verify.

I remember at one company I worked at a senior executive held a press conference to brag about what our group was doing.

He got several facts wrong—badly wrong.

What saved him was we kept our mouths shut and nobody in the media knew enough about our operation to catch his mistakes.

In government the risks are higher.

You are making the assumption that the leftist Deep State organizations gave you honest lists. It is likely the Deep State is playing you. They may have done ALL of this, but they will make sure their enemies are implicated. Oldest trick in the books.

Epstein is what it is. If they want to play games, that’s life in prison. It ain’t that hard to match up flight logs with kiddie rapers. If some Strozky Deep State clown starts editing content, it will be found out. The argument you make is what feeds the Russian Collusion hoax. The secret crap those in charge claim to be privy to, that isn’t so. We will sort it out.

You can bet that if democrats want the list exposed, the powers that be under Obama/Biden removed most of the democrats on it. No way they would make Bill Clinton take a fall. The list is probably no longer complete.

Here’s what I speculate happened.

Pam Bondi, and Kash get installed into their offices. Somehow the Epstein info is brought to them and whoever is their staff begin verifying and evaluating information.

TV talking heads ask about the Epstein client list and files, and Pam is assured by staff that she has enough evidence to convict several people. These are Republicans and perhaps sacrificial Democrats.

More “evidence” keeps coming in from sources in the FBI and other places and its damaging to too many people and a lot of people. (Perhaps even a lot of it looks unreal)

Trump’s decision (Perhaps someone in the circle had a “bright idea” that they can just sweap this under the rug)

Trump tells Bondi to call the whole thing off after Bondi was “sure” there were slam dunk charges in the whole affair. Its an error for Pam Bondi to have spoken about this from the beginning but I can only speculate that its just like Iraq when Bush was assured that Saddam had WMD’s (Slam Dunk!)

Could be.

Fire Bondi and Kash and start from scratch.

Then their replacements can evaluate the cases one at a time.

“”First rule of public relations is never volunteer information you haven’t been ready to act on or verify.””

Uh.... I am forced to agree on that. Point made. Bondi screwed up. But was she going on directions from Trump back then... or not? If not, he isn’t holding her accountable for that. At least, not yet.

I agree. Bondi jumped the gun before the data was even analyzed by creating false expectations for Trump’s base. I’m over it and quite frankly, am sick of the entire fiasco. It’s becoming almost as annoying as the “Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine” stuff. Another stupid distraction to what’s really important re: recovering our nation from the damage the Democrats did to us... as usual.

Yeah I understand. My concern is this dumpster fire is providing all the cover the Senate needs to pass the Friday deadline for cutting spending. Nobody questioning them. No expectations. So we are going to end up with no list and NPR fully funded. Can we get a little priority please?

And it's possible that the Biden Administration may have deleted some files.
