The state Department of Education is currently working with PragerU to develop the assessment for teachers "relocating from states with progressive education policies," which they must take in order to get a license to teach in Oklahoma. The new assessment will evaluate educators on three main aspects: knowledge of the U.S. Constitution, "understanding of American exceptionalism" and "grasp of fundamental biological differences between boys and girls," according to a news release about the new assessment.
The goal of the new assessment is to ensure educators align with OSDE's commitment to an education "rooted in truth, patriotism and core values," and aims to instill "pride" in the nation's history among students.

What, if any, is the relevance or concern that a principal is a “former Israeli officer”? I did not hear a single reference to Israel or even much Judaism in the materials. And that was in passing, to note how the structure of American government was modeled after a combination of Greek. Roman, English, and Jewish thought.

The question is why is Trump going off the rails of what he promised about Epstein to make such a mess of this and why has Kash reversed course.
It may have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Bibi and Israel. However, I believe it does.
Getting them to go through them motions of an "Americanism" test isn't going to fix anything.

I remember having to pass a test on the US Constitution way back in the 80s when I got my teaching license. It was mandated and a condition of receiving the license at that time. I’m sure it was scrapped shortly thereafter...

But what does that have to do with Prager U? Do you think Dennis Prager was implicated in Epstein? Seems a tad tenuous.
