Yes, jail time.
But personal funds should be garnished if necessary so that these people are financially ruined for stealing from the taxpayers.
The politicians who are making all these wild claims about ICE and CBP need to be asked point-blank if they consider stealing from the taxpayers to be acceptable. If they say yes then their wages should be garnished as well, to pay back the taxypayers from the theft that they encouraged.
