Very easy fix -
General contractors who understand they will be liable for the subcontractors' employees will run the names of all subcontractors on the E-Verify website, issue a badge to qualified individuals and monitor who is on the job. GC will take no action regarding an unqualified individual but will immediately notify ICE.

I thought they were supposed to be doing that all along, but apparently they don’t.
Americans who hire them are just as guilty as the people who enter illegally.
