I was in Detroit with daughter and SIL; her commencement was Saturday. They coerced me to go out to an Italian restaurant near the airport, and by the time we got back to the hotel the debate had come and gone. It wasn’t until the next morning that I was down at the hotel breakfast at 6 AM, reading FR, and I couldn’t believe what I was reading, so I did the unthinkable and went to all the leftist-news sites, and they were all saying the same thing, Biden had bombed. It wasn’t until after we met with the inlaws that I began to believe it.
Joe you did such a great job. You answered every question, you knew all the facts!

I think President Trump was truly stunned at how bad Biden was.
It remains hard to believe that any political party would place their obviously senile nominee in that situation.
There are many explanations that have been offered—some more credible than others—but it remains a “one off” event that will probably never be repeated.

That reminds me of one lunch about that time last year where a lefty relative of mine started a rant about how Nazis were running wild everywhere and terrorizing the nation with their marches.

I believe he handled it beautifully. He could have really attacked him hard like we all know he can, but he knew he would be seen as mean for attacking a senile old man.

Yes. I expect President Trump was ready to go full grizzly bear but when he saw Biden go full retard he just laid back.
His handlers would rarely send him out without RAY-BANS ON to CONCEAL his aimless stare.
