Jugging: Where a criminal targets someone who just withdraws money from a bank or an ATM machine.
I wish basic English would be used. Not seeing any need to give Assault/Theft/Battery a new name. Nobody’s asking my permission or approval. Oh well.
Jugging may be confused with ‘Huffing’ since both are verbs.
Huffing: Breathing in noxious fumes in order to get high.
Oh that’s what jugging means.
I thought it meant something else involving a Hooters waitress.

Happened to me. Noticed I was being followed after drawing money from an ATM. There was a Home Depot nearby, so I drove there. You want to rob me in front of a bunch of construction workers, go for it. They broke off their pursuit. I never went to that ATM again.

Not all are armed robbery. This bill provides enhanced penalties for judging related offenses.
Congratulations for figuring out you were at risk. I try to be aware at all times, especially in parking lots or gas stations, but in reality, could easily miss identifying a threat.
I was listening to a talking head go on about jugging, and I said to my wife why not just call it robbery. Also if you need to be told to watch your back when withdrawing money, maybe try Venmo
