If Russia actually grants immunity to any Iranians, even its fearless leader, then they're dumber than I thought. They'd learn the lesson of Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, who took in Palestinian asylum seekers after the Six-Day War. Hamas ended up setting up cells in parts of those countries, and causing trouble, and all three countries tossed them all out.
