I have rental ads in Upstate New York and I try to advertise with sites that don’t disclose the exact street address. I’ve had my ad hijacked before by scammers. I also watermark my photos. NY is a squatter friendly state so you have to be extremely careful. I don’t do open house tours but I have a very extensive pre-qualifier that I send to people who are interested before they even get a tour.
