Nothing like a good calzone.
I was the kid who folded pizza slices and didn’t know what a calzone was until my early 20s.
I compare A Calzone to a Pot Pie... You can fill it with anything.
I like to make Enchilada Calzones. There is no law it has to be Italian.
Ready to eat, or frozen?

Sounds wonderful! You are living the good life, my friend!!!
I had to endure the liquid diet and prep for a colonoscopy this past week that I got a good evaluation on.
No food of course but every now and a few whiffs of garlic powder helped me get through the night.
**No disrespect, curious what is gross about the recipe if you don’t mind sharing?**
All that butter and heavy cream. At least it’s not as bad as a roux. A cup of oil for every cup of flour.

Enchilada calzones sound very good.
👍
Oh Man... Sorry to tease you... Isn’t it wild how we can read a food word and then smell it?
I haven’t had much of an appetite since yesterday’s exam but feel fine.
A pizza sounds good.
This one was really good that I had at a hotel restaurant in Colorado Springs a few months ago. A different taste but I really liked it.
I used a Go Pro 13 and a small light.

That didn’t happen to be at “Fargo’s” pizza was it?
The Antlers hotel.
Downtown COS.
Great place.
Modern civilized Muslims use toilet paper. Then they pour water over their privates and butt with a bidet, watering can or peri bottle. Then they wash their hands.
It’s toilet paper plus, because toilet paper alone is considered insufficient.
I have no idea what the habits of resentful Somali industrial food workers are.
How much sauce do you make? I find a tablespoon of flour plus a tablespoon of butter is sufficient roux to thicken the sauce for a family meal.
There may be civilized muslims I suppose. Never seen or met one. Certainly not in the
news feeds from Muslimland. Iranians are more civilized than the their raghead neighbors.
Had to ask, Fargo's is world famous. Incredible place. Cool old building with cut crystal glass window panes. And when I was a kid it was full of old antique nickelodeons and player pianos. antique crystal chandeliers, Etc. Pretty cool experience.
Pizza was terrible... So I had to ask thinking maybe they finally got the Pizza right... lol
I was impressed with The Antlers.
Another good place I found, courtesy of the Antlers front desk was the Urban Egg.
Unreal good pancakes.
