I have watched for decades as the vast majority of these absurdly blind drunk drivers are Hispanic.
Interstate 8 in California for example, if you read of an extraordinarily blind drunk, freakishly drunk story like driving the wrong way on the Interstate, then guess Hispanic for the bet.
Hispanics and their Apache like excessive reaction to alcohol drove much of the MADD movement that did so much to break up social life in America.
