Refuse Fascism, a communist nonprofit organization with a history of staging violent riots against President Trump is organizing a protest in Washington D.C. on Saturday ahead of Trump’s Grand Military Parade, marking the 250th Anniversary of the U.S. Army.
Refuse Fascism, reportedly an offshoot of the radical-left Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP), plans to gather in D.C. at Logan Circle at 1:00 PM and later march on to the White House.
Trump’s military parade, which also coincides with Flag Day and his 79th birthday, is scheduled to take at 6:30 p.m. near the National Mall on Constitution Avenue.
A flyer promoting Refuse Fascism’s goal of overthrowing “Trump’s fascist regime” was shared by MAGA influencer Laura Loomer on X.
“With Trump Sending Troops Into Los Angeles, Rounding Up Tens of Thousands of Immigrants Without Any Due Process, Attacking Democratic Party Officials, and Brutalizing Protesters…Now Is the Time To Take the Political Offensive and Demand: THE TRUMP FASCIST REGIME MUST GO NOW!” the flyer states.
On June 14, Trump is throwing himself a military parade. This is a leap in forging a military that is loyal not to the Constitution or the rule of law, but to Trump personally – with all the white supremacy, misogyny, homophobia and transphobia, and America-First hate this involves.
On this day, the eyes of the world will be on DC. They must see courageous, nonviolent protest against this ever-increasing fascist oppression and the gross immorality and craven dishonesty of the regime. Around the country, the streets must be filled. In the Name of Humanity, We Must REFUSE to Accept a Fascist America!
Refuse Fascism (RF) formed shortly after the November 2016 presidential election after Trump vanquished Democrat contender Hillary Clinton. The creators of the radical group were Revolutionary Communist Party members Carl Dix, Sunsara Taylor, and Andy Zee, according to Discover the Networks.
The group appeared on the national stage for the first time at Trump’s January 2017 inauguration, joining the “#J20” demonstration in D.C. after months of promoting the event in national news outlets like the Washington Post.
In an effort to prevent a Trump presidency from even getting off the ground, the RF manifesto exhorted leftist agitators nationwide to pour into the streets by “the tens of millions,” so as to “create … a profound political crisis” that would stop “the fascist regime” from being “able to take the reins of government.”
But when Trump’s January 2017 inauguration ultimately proceeded on schedule, RF shifted its objective to “driving from office” Trump and his “Legion of Doom” cabinet of “white supremacists, woman haters, science deniers, religious fundamentalist zealots, and war mongers.”
In February 2017, RF played a major role in staging a loud, violent riot that forced conservative personality Milo Yiannopoulos to cancel a speech which he was scheduled to deliver at UC Berkeley.
All told, more than 1,500 protesters gathered at Sproul Plaza on the Berkeley campus, chanting and holding placards that read: “No safe space for racists” and “This is war.” Some of the demonstrators hurled commercial-grade fireworks and rocks at police; threw Molotov cocktails that ignited fires; smashed windows of the student union center where Yiannopoulos had been slated to speak; tore down metal barriers; set fires near the campus bookstore; and damaged the construction site where a new dorm was being built. “As police dispersed the crowd from campus,” said one news report, “a remaining group of protesters moved into downtown Berkeley and smashed windows at several local banks.” By the time the mayhem was over, the rioters had caused at least $100,000 worth of property damage on the grounds of UC Berkeley, plus another $400,000 to $500,000 in damage off campus.
RF went on to organize or join several other left-wing “resistance” protests during Trump’s first term, Influence Watch reported, “including the July 2017 Impeachment March; the August 2017 counter-protests in Charlottesville, Virginia; and the September 2017 protests against the “Free Speech Week” at the University of California, Berkeley.”
In November 2019, Refuse Fascism staged a protest against conservative pundit Ann Coulter, with organizers speculating that over 2000 people attended the protest. Seven demonstrators were arrested, including one Berkeley student who fellow organizers defended on the grounds that “Ann Coulter is a racist…she’s a Nazi.” Refuse Fascism organized a similar, smaller demonstration at the University of California, Los Angeles against Donald Trump, Jr. as part of their “Out Now” movement that demanded the removal of President Trump.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna urged “ALL AMERICANS” to “be on high alert” amid the hundreds of “No Kings” protests planned across the nation this weekend.
In coordination with dozens of far-left organizations, the “No Kings” organizers are urging fellow leftists in over a thousand U.S. cities to “rise up” and “reject Trump’s $100 million parade and his billionaire-first agenda.”
“Online reports suggest outside agitators are planning to escalate violence in Trump gear to frame MAGA,” Luna posted on X. “If you attend, DO NOT wear MAGA gear. If you witness illegal activity, record faces and license plates and send all info to @FBI,” the congresswoman added. “Stay alert. Stay smart.”
“Do NOT attend the No Kings protests,” Luna said in a separate post. “I have screen shots circulating that leftists are going to wear MAGA gear in an attempt to cause chaos.”
When asked about the No Kings protests during a bill signing event at the White House Thursday, Trump quipped that he doesn’t “feel like a king.”
“I have to go through hell to get stuff approved,” he said.
Communist dictators seem to be A-OK with the left.
Fascism and Communism are identical as they are both dehumanizing and brutal totalitarian systems.
It’s like, a Ford and a Chevy are both cars... but they look different! Liberals don’t GET it!
Yep. That’s what they know.
Fascism just means stuff the commie scum don’t like these days. I’m thinking of a new counter protest, “Orange Man Good” for their no kings day.
Anti fascist😂
Enforcing laws is fascist. Duly noted.
Why doesn’t the DOJ go after the Communists as hard as they did the Grannies of Jan. 6th?
Looks like a good time to get rid of a lot of problems in one swift move.
This administration is about as anti facist as it can get. Slimming down wasteful government programs and employees. Good thing these pinheads don’t know the meaning of fascism!
Refuse Fascism says a communist organization
Only an idiot wouls buy into that much stupidity.
President Trump sure has the Fascist Communist USA piggies shook up. The U.S. far left is shaking Gyorgi Soros like a piñon tree to shake the big bucks off for their “mostly peaceful riots and fireworks shows” in downtown LA.
The percentage of those of this persuasion who don’t even know what fascism is must be in the high 90s.
Those who do are cynical and power-hungry.
They are the fascist. The Nazi official name was “National Socialist German Workers’ Party”. All of Hitler’s men were leaders from the beer halls where socialism was preached.
Next time you hear a liberal cry about the cost of anything …. Remember the billions of dollars the oligarchs are spending on these silly protests that will accomplish absolutely nothing. Trump will still be their President tomorrow, ICE will still be conducting raids, he will still be signing executive orders and liberals will still be whining…..
These people went straight from talking about “Our Democracy” to street-level protests aimed at throwing out the popularly elected president who is 6 months into his 4-year term.
The Commie piggies have to hijack America’s Celebration of the U.S. Army’s 250th Birthday to make it look like they drew a big crowd for their Communist Propaganda “media” toads’ cameras. The old, gray, wrinkled, bearded Woodstock geezers and their husbands will gather around the boob tube, counting their earnings from participating in the “most peaceful” riot and looking for themselves on TV.
Libs often mistake pride in ones country for fascism. Nationalism is a terrible word in their worlds.
This could become interesting...
