Today, we heard from Felecia, a single mom of four who works up to three jobs at a time to make ends meet. She counts on SNAP to help put food on the table. This is who Republicans in Congress are trying to take food away from. Listen to her story.

How can someone work full time as a bus monitor? School buses don’t run 8 hours a day.

And don’t schools pay at least minimum wage?

She doesn’t work 3 jobs today. She said she did work three jobs.

Her “kids” are 21, 17, 12, and 11. So one is an adult.

KMA! My Dad did the same thing, as an immigrant not speaking much English, and he not only put food on the table for a family of five, he paid off not one but three mortgages over a period of eighteen years, maybe if this example of Bovinity didn’t eat for five she wouldn’t be struggling so much.

My god, she is eating her children’s food. They are starving to keep her 400 pound fat ass fed. I swear, she saw cows eating silage, and pushed them out of the way.

Sort of off target but due to major SNAP cuts coming and the tariff on imported steel, the prices of canned goods will rise a lot, while people on SNAP [ $6 per day ] will face impossible choices between food, housing, and other bills. Unless exemptions of steel food & aluminum food cans are exempted, disaster looms for many.

When 45 took office, the US had 12 can manufacturing lines, when he left there were 3 ... now looks like there will soon be 0 metal canning lines in the US.

This is a definite win for the uniparty making America Great Again ... for some, not others.

Oh and let’s make sure that the many people who do not abuse SNAP, pay the price for the few that do.

I believe the dictionary defines a baby daddy as “a man who is in jail or otherwise unable to earn a living.”

Has anyone checked on the kids? I’m thinking she ate three of them already.
This tweet demonstrates just what a dumbass Amy Klobuchar is. She’s void of the common sense to realize the optics in this photo story.
This woman has no social grace, she eats her salad with a comb, and berates her aides publicly.
Minnesota voters love to be humiliated. I give you Amy, Walz, Frey, Ellison, Omar, Carter, Craig, Philips, Moriarty, Flanagan, Smith, Finke, etc. as examples.

Obese, diabetic, in and out of doctor’s office, 4 bastard children that I’m sure will be a drain on the educational system, no father in sight, and I get to pay for it all.

Without seeing numbers, holding back my concern.
Working multiple jobs, to pay for day care for almost adult children?.
Yes daycare is expensive.
If she had no job, then daycare would be paid for.
Didn't Calif just enact some rule that if you have more than $2,000 in ANY assets, then you are no longer eligible for Cal-Care, this includes clothes, cell phone, car, etc... wherres the outrage from the left?I have a co-worker that makes almost 100 K, plus now he received over $5K a month to care for his disabled grandson.

Decades ago, I was talking with the neighbor across the street. He was button-busting proud, ‘cause he’d turned 18, and his father took him downtown and signed him up for “his own benefits.”
