Two suspects fled the scene on foot. One was detained without incident. He (?) will probably be charged with misdemeanor petty theft, pay a fine, maybe do some "community service", and go on with his(?) life ... perhaps a little wiser.
The other genius is going to do serious time.

Why do the black women always just shriek one sentence over and over again when they are resisting arrest? Some people make their point with volume, not with substance. Which is also how they absorb information (believing whatever is told to them loudly and repeatedly, not what can be verified for accuracy).
