Russian priest warns Muslims will 'slaughter Christians' as Putin braces for religious war

A Russian Orthodox priest has sparked controversy with his provocative claim that Russian Muslims could be mobilized to commit violence against Christians. The statement was made as Moscow's Muslim community celebrated the holy festival of Eid al-Adha on Sunday.

Schema-abbot Gavriil, during his sermon, referred to the Muslims congregating on Peace Avenue in Moscow for the festivities: "The entire space is covered with people. And these are healthy men, who do not drink alcohol, who wrestle and go to gyms for training."

He made an alarming assertion: "This is a whole army. And if, one fine day, a mullah orders them to slaughter residents of Moscow, then, believe me, they will do that quickly.

"And the Ministry of Internal Affairs will not even have time to do anything. And the result will be very sad."

These words ignited immediate outrage within Russia’s Muslim society, particularly from Chechen special forces brigade commander Major General Apti Alaudinov, who demanded that the Kremlin take legal action against the abbot. Alaudinov expressed his indignation, questioning: "Why are no criminal measures being taken and why are no criminal cases being instituted?"

Yep, when they signed the Nazi-Soviet pact, that Japs were very upset with Germany.

Then when the Soviets defeated the Japs at Khalkin Gol, the Japs made their own deal with the Soviets.

So if Hitler expected the Japs to help him after declaring war on the US, he was badly mistaken.

It really wasn’t all that much of an “Axis” in the end.

Wrong! There are only 4 mosques in Moscow. There are at least 600 Orthodox churches.

China at that time was an ally of the U.S., they still do not really like China, because of their ambition to be the world’s dominate nation. They are only engaged with them because the west’s belligerence drove them there. A major geopolitical blunder.
