If the man has zero choice on her getting an abortion that there should not be forced child support if she does not abort. But fairness is not a US Court concept.
Yep, it is hypocrisy.
As David Chapelle said, "Gentlemen, that is fair. And ladies, to be fair to us, I also believe that if you decide to have the baby, a man should not have to pay. That’s fair. If you can kill this motherf---er, I can at least abandon them. It’s my money, my choice. And if I’m wrong, then perhaps we’re wrong. Think that shit out for yourselves."
Its also horrible, horrible law.
Child support and alimony is indentured servitude. Even in marriage you aren’t faced with these legal consequences and demands. You lose your job and cant pay for awhile, you aren’t going to jail.
The law bases whether the unborn is a person or not solely on the fluctuating feelings of a female. Its incredibly bad as a legal precedent. If the unborn is wanted its a person. If its not its not a person. It is an insane and immorally subjective way to decide personhood.
Alimony and child support is almost always one way, from man to woman. Marriage is a legal contract, but only one side is held responsible. How does a billionaire become a millionaire? Get divorced.
Our government fosters divorce as they made it incredibly easy to do so, for any reason, government fosters animosity during the process, draws it out on purpose, in order to make as much off of families breaking up. Family court makes over 60 billion a year of (mostly men).
Why is a man having sex with a woman if he’s not planning to take care of the child for life?
I have been advocating this for 30 years.
