Isn’t it time we have the discussion about Mexico becoming a member of the Commonwealth of Independent States? Only Mexican membership in the Collective Security Treaty Organization can stop gringo hegemony. Tijuana today, Managua tomorrow!

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum called on Mexican Americans and undocumented Mexicans living in the US to push back on the proposed levy on remittances put forward by the Republican Congress.

"We do not agree with this tax, which, it should be noted, has been proposed by the Republican congress members. So far, they are the ones who have brought it up. We disagree for two reasons: first, it is discriminatory, and second, it violates a treaty between Mexico and the United States," Sheinbaum said.

The Americans or their running dog quislings from Eurostan would veto any attempt to stop Donald Trump’s persecution of ethnic Mexicans in the U.S. at the UN. The only way to stop the Latin line of dominos is CSTO membership.

A few hundred Iskanders, Russian targeting and hands on Russian technical “advice” could force DJT to submit to an unconditional 30 day ceasefire on the border and within the U.S. by ICE.

Goose, meet Mr. Gander

Why is the headline completely different from the article’s headline?

Her fury over this tax shows that it must be enacted to crush them. Hopefully Trump can overcome the traitors in Congress to get it done

Because “gringo hegemony” is attention-getting. I’d say that Ms. Sheinbaum being the President of Mexico is just the latest, most blatant, example of gringo hegemony.

"Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum called on Mexican Americans and undocumented Mexicans living ILLEGALLY in the US to push back on the proposed levy on remittances put forward by the Republican Congress.

Looks like an act of war against the USA.

It’s a vanity with reference to Mexico’s aggressive/defensive threats and posturing for the many who haven’t heard yet. At least that was my reasoning.

What do you think? It looks like the mirror image of the Project Ukraine madness if this Mexican/CSTO madness should ever come to pass. It should drive home how utterly hopeless it is to think the Russians would walk away from such a situation on their border. Don’t you think?

Now, now... that sounds pretty anti-gringitic.

If Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo didn't actually exist, she'd make a great fictional parody of leftist Latin American opportunists. Unfortunately, the PTB have bestowed her with a considerable amount of clout.

“first, it is discriminatory, and second, it violates a treaty between Mexico and the United States”

I have proposed a 10% money export tax instead of a 10% base tariff. It would not be “discrimatory”.

I recommend that the US not take over Tijuana.

There are reasons why millions of Mexicans prefer to live Alta California.

I propose a 50% money export tax in addition to a 25% base tariff.

Would those Powers That Be be the murderous, narco-terrorist, human -smuggling leaders of the various cartels, and the Marxist WEF types that enjoy the benefits of drug and human trafficking? She must be very proud.

Expell the Mexican Ambassador. Stop all foot traffic to Mexican consulates or thier Embassy.

Halt all transfers of money form the US to Mexico.

Give a SWIFT kick in the fiscal A$$, so to speak.

These people will self deport if they cannot send their money home or use US banks.

Have law enforcement begin detainment of those returning to Mexico. Seize any monies they cannot account for legally form employment or public assistance.

Time to slow walk every single truck crossing the borader with strip searches or they return anywhere south of the border without crossing.

Why, I believe that those Powers That Be would indeed include murderous, narco-terrorist, human-smuggling leaders of the various cartels, and the Marxist WEF types that enjoy the benefits of drug and human trafficking... as well as a couple of other "big clubs that we ain't in."

Let's just say that she is, umm... "probably not truly part of any genuinely 'grassroots' movement."

I really misspoke there. It should have been Los Angeles today, Managua tomorrow. That reflects today’s reality better.

Yep Neocon (and Zeeper) rationale, Mexico has EVERY RIGHT to join up with Russia and/or China and them open bases, set up biolabs, and position missiles point at us, PROVIDED that they claim that they represent “freedom”. LOL!!!

I know the game you're playing, but if Putin would accept Crimea and a treaty with the US and other major NATO players declaring Ukrainian membership in NATO off-the-table for at least the next 50 years, the war would be over tomorrow.

As it is, if you're going to draw an accurate parallel, the US has already invaded and taken Chihuahua and Coahuila, and has held the northern half of Baja California since 2014. We're also shooting missiles at Mexico City on a near-daily basis.

Taxing remittances is one of the very best parts of the BBB.

Should be 10%:

If only there were a way for these poor babies who came here illegally to avoid paying this mean old nasty tax.

Oh wait a minute - there’s the border you crosses illegally; just cross it the other way and you won’t be taxed!
