*** Shopping done, you take your bags of groceries back to your F150, climb in, and drive home. :)***

Daughter and hubby just bought an F-150 to replace the Land Rover that she had her terrible accident in. They are still going to do off road camping, something they love and keeps them grounded. They are nature/adventure lovers to a much higher extreme than I am. We are happy that they’re getting back on the horse after having such an awful thing happen. The physical wounds have healed for the most part. The rest are psychological. It will take time. Lots of time. We are so thankful that she walked away from that accident. Truly a miracle! Thank you, Jesus!

The new F150 will be a great adventure! I can already tell that they will be making many new happy memories with it.

I LOVED my Ford Escape. If they hadn't changed the 'styling' so much, I'd have bought another. And now I love our F-150. It's a little hard for me to park, but I just take my time and park WAY FAR AWAY from any other cars in the lot! My 'Summer Car' is my Dad's 2001 VW Golf. You can park that thing in a shoe box, LOL!

Beau's F-350 work truck has 400K miles on it, and since it's pretty old - 1999 - he can do most of the repairs himself, though parts are getting a little hard to find. And when he does find them, they're usually in a dusty box, way in the back of a warehouse somewhere...like that last scene from, 'Raiders of the Lost Ark.' ;)

F.F.

I am glad that your Daughter survived the Land Rover crash! I hope that they enjoy their new purchase!

My father was an old Ford guy and owned 150s. I had a Ranger once that I got rid of. (Warped flywheel on a 2 yr old used vehicle within 3 months of purchase that the Dealership did not want to repair.) Do not know if I will be buying a truck or moving back to the country.
