Interesting study BUT the sample size was very small, and the participants took a huge dose (35 grams) compared to daily recommended doses. There are also some studies suggesting creatine may be beneficial to seniors.

You reach saturation of creatine two ways: a big dose and small doses thereafter or medium doses for a while.

This was just the big front dose. Lots of people do this.

The only risk I see is stomach upset.

Creatine has migrated to the longevity world in the last year or two.

I take ten grams in the morning and 5 grams before bed.

It gives me clear steady mind throughout the day and improves my sleep.

great stuff imho.
