White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, amid fielding questions about former President Joe Biden’s cancer announcement and the economy on Monday morning, had another question to answer: “What does President Trump mean when he says that Taylor Swift is no longer ‘hot?'”
The question, from Fox News reporter Peter Doocy, drew a few audible chuckles from those inside the press briefing room, including from Leavitt. But Leavitt said the president’s comment only applies to her political views, not whether she is attractive or not.
“Look, he is speaking about Taylor Swift’s political views and how perhaps it has impacted the support of the American public for her work,” Leavitt said. “And I’ll leave it at that.”

Well, what’s the problem? Swift is indeed attractive, but so are a good many others. Sorry, but she’s not the be all and end all of all femdom.
Hot=Popular. Nothing wrong with reminding celebrities that their politics may hurt their brand.

When you’re working with or for Donald Trump, you have to be ready for the occasional curve ball. Karoline was ready, and responded well. She did not over-explain or get huffy and jump down the reporter’s throat. She stayed professional and in character.

It’s unfortunate that Trump says these kind of things, I think it sometimes does some unnecessary damage to his cause. This reminds me of a conversation I had with my sister-in-law, she was complaining about all of the terrible things that (in her view) Trump has said or done. I explained to her that you can’t have the good Donald Trump without the bad Donald Trump, that’s just how he is. Then she said “There is no good Donald Trump!”
Come to find out that she sings with Autotune and background tracks. That is not hot at all.
Karoline is far better looking.
