Joe Don Baker was a very underrated character actor and I always like him in anything I saw.
I loved his part in The Outfit with Robert Duvall. First movie I may have remembered him in was Walking Tall. He had a very long career and was in several James Bond Movies, with Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan.
