My blood pressure had jumped to 150/95 after indulging on a Royal Caribbean cruise in early April.
Now it is down to 130/80. Main reason is 22 minutes daily fast walk with wrist weights. Also cut calories intake a bit.
Still taking Lisinopril minimum dose 10 mg pills daily. Planning on cutting that down slowly. I am 85 years old on calendar. Don’t feel old at all.
What’s the placebo? That seemed to do pretty well too.
Cyanide will do it in seconds.

Aldosterone is produced by the adrenal glands and there is a blood test that can identify it is out of wack. If it is not out of wack there is no need for this new medicine. I know, had blood tests looking for the aldosterone condition. In my case its levels were fine.
Laundry-stat? I don’t care if it works real good. I ain’t doin no laundry!
