Long, long before the media started hating Trump and being stupid as a profession. Worth watching when you have a bit of time.
I loved her “Pearls before swine” reply to the person holding the door open for her who said “Age before beauty”!

I had a copy of "Sunset Gun" - a book of her poetry.
My dad's favorite was her description of shallow people.

I checked her Wikipedia article. No acting mentioned, but writing with a couple of Oscar nominations for writing.
Edna Ferber, who often wore tailored suits, was also quick on the draw. Once at the Round Table, Noel Coward told her “You look almost like a man”...”So’...Miss Ferber replied...’do you.”
