I agree - the democrats should pay reparations for their ancestors owning slaves and their party (D) fighting to keep people enslaved. Take the money out of the DNC and (D) PAC budgets.
I hate to say this, but if this were to pass (it won’t) this country would turn into South Africa real fast.

People who never owned slaves , and had nothing to do with slavery, are supposed to pay reparations to people who were never slaves.

How about a bill to end protected seats for Blacks.
If these race baiters were not guaranteed their seats they would not be able to spout their hatred.
They would not be able to propose stupid bills like these that are pure political theater aimed at the most venomous constituents in their districts.
A more diverse constituency would force these radicals to the middle or would simply make them nom-competitive in primary races.
These resolutions will never see a floor vote and they know it.
And, since my kin fought for the north, I’d like some compensation for their sacrifice. Who shall we call for that? Besides, didn’t we all come out of africa? Did this assclown include the brothers in Africa that caught and sold their own?

Damn straight! Democrats started slavery. Democrats nourished it and perpetuated it. Democrats started a civil war that nearly destroyed the nation, cost us 600,000 lives and ruined families for a couple of generations. Democrats fought abolition tooth and nail. Democrats terrorized blacks throughout the south during Reconstruction. Democrats kept black people out of Congress for decades. Democrats made the Jim Crow laws. Democrats kept black people down for 100 years.
So Democrats should PAY.
Imagine how many Democrats would flee to the Republican party if that was decided! There wouldn’t be a Democrat left anywhere in the country.
I grew up in Chicago, and my family had to keep moving to try and stay one step ahead of the crime. My high school was a hellhole with riots as a frequent occurrence and kids jumped and beaten in the halls. Reparations are owed the other way around! We are owed for our ruined cities and schools, for the massive crime. Since slavery ended, Whites have suffered at the hands of the “Amish” far more than the reverse.

Take money from people who never owned slaves and give it to greedy guts who never were slaves!
Talk about fomenting hate. This bankrupt idea is a sure-fire race hatred breeding scheme dreamt in the minds of complete and utter brain-dead fools.
Now, reduce the amount paid by how much welfare that black family has received since the war. Deduct costs for any criminal behavior that family has been found guilty of and all incarceration costs. Then bill them for the final amount they owe the white people and divide that payment into all white people.
