@RepThomasMassie
Last night, I received a 2024 Defender of Economic Freedom Award from @CFGfoundation
This award is given to lawmakers who vote to protect economic liberty and advocate for limited government, lower taxes, and the reduction of wasteful government spending.

Hope he gets a good primary opponent.
The bar seems to be set pretty low if they’re giving an award like this to a self-aggrandizing clown who has made a career out of (1) voting on the losing side of 425-3 House votes; and (2) voting with Democrats more often than not on the close votes.
He doesn’t believe any of it.
He’s and all or nothing moron.
Ron Paul spent his career voting no to all funding not mandated by the Constitution and anything that had a deficit.
That’s pretty much what Massie does.
Quote from someone: It’s not a horserace. You’re not voting to bet on the winner.
The Looney Libertarian award.
My two favorite guys! Wish we had 500 more!
It's a Major Award
🔝🔝🔝
I used to like him until I found out that he passes the crap Democrats want, while grandstanding against Republicans. In other words, he is really a Democrat.
I’m KY 4th
Y’all can talk your sh!t, but there is no one to primary Massie in the 4th.
Yes he’s a libertarian, but every vote he emails his position n post it on his website. Read them you’ll understand.
He doesn’t have some pol sci/PR nub write it, he writes it.
He’ll be our Rep for as long as he willing.
Now would I vote for Tom Massie in a primary for POTUS - NO bec libertarians should not near national security.
They do love him in the 4th district
Have you ever been to his remote home or the area? It looks amazing to be fair and he lives totally OFF THE GRID. Everything is from the land. It’s extraordinary
As i said Massie justifies every vote on his website. His justifications usually had several points, I may not agree with every point but almost always agree with most.
Massie voted against the continuing resolution, I didn’t agree w his no vote.
But he said majority leader Johnson was a POS, had little interest in accomplishing or passing legislation n that Congress would need more CRs on the future.
Massie was correct, no budget, another CR n only legislation is naming post office buildings, commemorative naming of roadways n an endless steam congressional days off.
If we keep the House n Senate in 2026 it will be bec of PDJT NOT Johnson or Thume.
My favorite parts of this thread are all of the posts detailing exactly which policies Massie supports/doesn’t support that they disagree with him about.
Such thorough work was put into these anti-Massie posts. They are hard to argue with.
