It’s Time to Judge the Judges!

Perhaps they could be cellmates and neighbors with the MS-13 “Maryland fathers” in Alcatraz?

Obama deported 400,000 illegal immigrants per year when he was in office. No one said a word. But now, to rid the U.S. of the enormous Biden-era 21 million illegal aliens at a mere 400,000 per year, it will take 52.5 years. That means to complete deportation, we will need 13 more consecutive Trump presidential terms.

Creatively, President Trump is considering reopening Alcatraz, while the courts are struggling to remember the Supreme Court and the Constitution have already ruled and answered illegal immigration questions.

The first three articles of the Constitution distributed distinct governmental powers amongst three branches, with Article 4 Section 4 stating this:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

This clearly puts the power of protecting the United States against “invasion” firmly in the hands of the Legislative and Executive Branches of the government and NOT the Judicial branch. In fact, the 1849 Supreme Court ruling of Luther v. Borden, “Chief Justice Roger Taney held that the political branches of government, and not the federal courts, should decide such questions” pertaining to the application of Article 4 Section 4.

This means that justices encroaching on the power of the Executive Branch are violating the Separation of Powers by inhibiting the president from executing his duty towards protecting the United States against invasion.

I say to begin the impeachment process of the judges. Even if the Senate doesn’t comply, the leftist judges need to experience the same kind of lawfare that the left put onto Trump and his supporters.

Yes, it would be a great thing. Judge and expect to be judged. Some of America’s robed mullahs think they are rulers of the world. Some are EVIL.

The unelected branch attempting to be the executive and Congressional branches. Time to stop this insurrection.

“I say to begin the impeachment process of the judges.”

I say put the unused green grounds of the Supreme Court to good use as sites for more than affordable housing for criminal aliens the courts refuse to deport.

What the Congress can do is to allow alien criminals lacking US citizenship, a US spouse or domestic partner, a US-born child and a US citizen child to petition the Attorney General for release and return to their native country no earlier than 180 days before the end of their sentence(s) and no earlier than the time at least half each current sentence has been served, provided that removal from the US is possible to their native country is legally, economically and physically possible and non-federal domestic government(s) that issued current sentence(s) do not object.

Eligible alien criminals would generally choose to petition in order to get out early.

Return to the United States might be punished by a sentence up to three times as long as the number of days released early.

Except for federal judges personally exercising their Amendment II rights, this federal courthouse and its federal grounds are a gun-free zone.

If it comes to that...ignore these “judges”. They are illegitimately overreaching.

The legacy of John Roberts will be that he was a politicized hack who injected political activism into the core of the judiciary and turned it into a national joke where nobody expects justice that is based solely on the law.

It is too bad a judge can not be arrested for failing to follow the US Constitution to which they swore an oath to uphold.

This country would change overnight with politics removed from the judicial chambers.
