*Posted as chat. Easiest path to get Ed Martin out of committee is to remove Tillis from the committee. Not sure the veracity of this report, but there’s a reason Tillis doesn’t want Martin as US Attorney and this is as good a reason as any. Could be an opportunity to pull an Eric Adams here. You vote how we tell you and you don’t get prosecuted when your term is up in 2026.

The first thing I want to know is if this is a legitimate charge or if this is just another week attempt of liberals backstabbing an innocent man over a nothing burger.
