Thank you very much and God bless you.
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogr)am).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated, you’ll be solving them all within a few days. If you’re stumped, take a break and return to it.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for today’s Cryptogram ASK THE GROUP FOR HELP!
I suggest printing these out and work them on paper. If you need a little help you can copy and paste it to Hal’s Helper below.
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper, but I recommend that you do NOT look at the letter counter.
One last request. Feel free to post a fun or clever clue, the more tangential to the quotation the better, but please don’t put the actual words of the quote in the clue.
Enjoy today’s Cryptogram
By the way….. RIP to today’s author. We will miss you!

Finally a decoding answer was provided but I will not share the except to say it was a quote from a president.
I asked it:
Presuming you understand Cryptograms, in which a letter stands for another letter (for example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW) then what would this be: JW FUQPAJPZ, DMPJQHJDO GJGW'A CMUT. YNA DMPJQHJDO PMNHG WZEZU KQEZ CMUTZG YZPQNDZ JA JD YQDZG MW BQHDZ FUZOJDZD QYMNA KNOQW FDRPKMHMVR QWG DMPJZAR, QWG VUMDD JVWMUQWPZ MB KNOQW ZPMWMOR. — GQEJG KMUMCJAS
However, asking , https://poe.com the above it quickly provided a very different answer, not any quote, and in somewhat jumbled English, which is rather obviously incorrect. I can share it if the OP asks.
I have tried Grok and OpenAI 4o and have concluded that because they generalists, not specialized cryptanalytic engines, they struggle with cryptograms.
They excel with pattern recognition, language modeling, and probabilistic reasoning, but what’s required for a cryptogram is an AI that has specialized algorithms, large-scale brute-force compute power, and/or more advanced heuristic search.
So yes, ChatGPT and Grok might sometimes get lucky at a classic puzzle cryptogram or moderate cipher challenge, they aren’t dedicated crypto-breaking tools like those developed for military or security purposes.
Thanks.
