Embattled kicker Justin Tucker was cut by the Ravens on Monday, general manager Eric DeCosta announced.
The news comes 24 hours after head coach John Harbaugh had adamantly told reporters that any decision on Tucker’s future would be “based on football.”
Tucker had been accused of inappropriate behavior by 16 massage therapists in the Baltimore area during a span between 2012 and 2016, which had first been reported by the Baltimore Banner in January. The longtime Ravens kicker has denied the accusations on multiple occasions, saying that they were “simply not true.”

- He has made $51,129,281 since he started in 2012. He had $8.4M left on his contract, I don't know if they still owed any of that to him.
- Last year was the worst year of his career. Before that, I think he was the best kicker ever by some metrics. If he hadn't had a down year, would they be releasing him?

The 49ers had kickers that were bad, but went on to be good with other teams.
These allegations are impossible after 9-13 years to prove or disprove. The main one were from his rookie season, in which he won a Super Bowl. Kind of gross how this can be done to anyone, without any proof. He was probably done anyway because he had a bad year in 2024, but this is a pretty awful way to end his career.
