I believe they spent the money, just not on this. Our government is AWASH in tax dollars. I think we could cut middle class taxes in half and still run everything necessary in government.

I started watching that Carlson interview but didn’t finish it. Need to go back and watch the rest of it. I wouldn’t be surprised if the government did build some kind of underground facilities for themselves. I’d be more surprised if they didn’t.
