Well, there’s the theory that Vladdy really wants to restore the old Russian Empire etc. It doesn’t seem so crazy to me the more this slaughterhouse drags on. Nukes, yeah that’s the next step when you run out of soldiers because they’re all dead. Putin has about 6,000 of them, and most of them are vastly more destructive than the Hiroshima variety.
Destroy the world to save my empire. I hope the man is not that psychotic.

You’re right, Sputum is from the old regime and longs for the old Russia, which failed miserably, but he was KGB and I’m sure he lived well, more so than the peasants he helped to oppress. There’s also the question of would his military carry out their order for the beginning of the end? Vladdy boy is crazy, but are they all? They would have to know they would all die as well. I can remember my school days in the 60’s when there were tests for air raids. We were told to hide under our desks as if that would do any good. After a while we began to realize Russia was just filled with hot air. The maniac Kruschev backed down like the bully and coward he was.

All the effected areas around.

Tell you what will make you a bet

There is basically three ways a global extinction, or near global extinction, event can/will happen.

1. Volcanic.
2. Extraterrestrial-meteor, comet.
3. Global nuclear war.

For one hundred dollars. Which is the most likely event?

Global nuclear war..my bet.

We hope that there will be no need for the West to facilitate Putin’s overthrow and execution but no promises.

I don’t think Putin understands that they aren’t the only ones with Nukes.

How close are the Russians now to crossing the Dneiper and staying across?
Is there some real hope by Ukraine that Russia crossing so or so artificial line in their territory that will magically force the West to attack Russia more directly?

The Ukrainians appear to be more stubborn than Finlanders.

Not sure if there's an artificial line somewhere.

"MTG should tell Putin to accept President Trump’s 30 day ceasefire deal, instead of trying to create divisions within the GOP."

Where have you been for the past 50 years? There has been divisions in the GOP for at least that long.

"and then Poland and the others would be next"

Why should we be concerned about Europe? We saved their asses twice, and they've squandered it, never learning the lessons of two World Wars.
