Thank you for the link and your posted statement is indeed in the article. I scoured it for recommendations about oral use of DMSO but it dealt mostly with topical and a bit with injectable DMSO. He didn’t address oral use very much, which is how I’m using it, but I shouldn’t have to worry about swimming in a chlorinated pool. If someone finds me doing the dead woman float after my next swim, I’ll have them post a retraction on my behalf 😁 Of course, that would require that we actually see the sun in the coming weeks. It’s been low 50’s and raining for weeks now and that’s expected to continue for 3-4 more days yet. This has been the wettest and coldest May in 26 years.

I put a few apricot seeds in my smoothies. I don’t know if you do smoothies, but there’s all sorts of things you can throw together in blender and drink, of course.
I’m too pressed for time to take the time to eat right, so I just throw most of my daily fruit and veggie servings into a blender.
Now that the weather is nice, I look forward to adding fresh herbs.

Have to work on the outside of the house again this weekend. The weather will be too nice not to. I do enjoy doing it, but it comes at the cost of not being able to work on the condo.
But I am blessed at still being able to do my job from whichever place I’m plugging in my laptop at.
I took off all last week to clear out an area to put down pebbles, and it was honestly more enjoyable than if I had gone on a vacation.
I haven’t read about the kind of soap one should use but, if it were me, I’d use surgical soap and definitely not a soap with perfumes or chemicals that can hurt a human if ingested. Soaps with povidone-iodine should be very safe. I’m not sure about soaps containing chlorhexidine gluconate. Both chemicals may be found in surgical soaps.
