ChatGPT lists the major US news media sources having a presence in Moscow. I have never seen photographs of 100s of wounded military age men walking or wheelchairing the streets. The numbers of wounded and killed are likely absurd.
I can’t even find such things in youtube videos made by content people who are strongly anti Russian and passing through. I have looked. They don’t exist.
And note since these people are passing through, once they are outside Russia, they never talk about such imagery that they were forced to delete.

The war is not good for Ukraine but loosing it would be catastrophic. Until Russia stops Ukraine has not option but to continue.

Did it ever occur to General Kellogg that perhaps Russia really did not have designs to take anymore than what Russia has taken? That all of the claims being made as to what Putin was seeking were nothing more than propaganda to generate support for Ukraine.

The war is a stalemate, and will likely continue to be so as long as the West is willing to provide enough munitions for the Ukrainians to hold the Russians at bay.
It appears the Russian government is willing to sacrifice hundreds of thousands of troops from the ‘Stans, to attrit against Ukrainians. So... stalemate.
But Russia is also losing tremendous amounts of hard to replace war material, as well as hundreds of thousands of difficult to replace men. This is not to Russia’s long term advantage.
The question is: How does Putin stop the war without losing his head?
It is not easy to see how. President Trump is attempting to find a solution which allows leadership on both sides to survive.
