The color revolution waged by our judiciary

There are more than enough activist judges willing to undertake the job of stopping every move Trump makes to fulfill his campaign promises to the voters.

“Color revolutions are a political term used to describe turbulent political events: mass street protests and riots in order to achieve a revolutionary change of government. Some revolutionary upheavals are successful and some remain only attempts,” Eurasia Review writes.

The Democrats sought and failed to take President Trump out via their many absurd legal challenges (aka lawfare). The two assassination attempts on his life failed.

Now that he has been re-elected, they are using every new trick they can devise to again destroy his presidency, again through the courts.

Sadly, there are more than enough activist judges to undertake the job of stopping every move Trump makes to fulfill his campaign promises.

The left hates the president, his supporters, and a majority of the American people. They loathe the Constitution because, as Obama commented, “It says what the government must not do, not what it must do.”

Those activist judges? They have decided to simply ignore our founding document. They do not seem to care about the actual law if it can be abused to stop Trump’s agenda – deport all illegals, beginning with the criminals, bring manufacturing back to America, attempt to fix our catastrophic trade deficits, and begin to pay down the $37 trillion in debt.

Trump has also pledged to cure our DEI-damaged military, and boy, does the Pentagon hate that particular goal.

But all these activist judges are doing their worst.

Sadly, so is the Supreme Court. SCOTUS is no longer the last refuge or the last resort, the place where the law is fairly applied. Chief Justice John Roberts was lost to constitutionalists when he declared that Obamacare was

Congress defines the boundaries for the judiciary.

Eliminate the D.C. Circuit entirely is what should happen.

But a good % of RINOs in the Republican party will prevent that from happening.

This will ultimately be settled by the Supreme Court and confess to determine the bounds of the judiciary as if Trump ignored these decisions like Biden did in the student loan fiasco who exactly is going to enforce it?

Write or call your Representatives to cut the discretionary budget of the Judiciary by 25% from last year. I did.

”Congress defines the boundaries for the judiciary.”

Actually, the Constitution, in Article IV, Section 4, tells us that our will and intentions are in the hands of those we ELECT. We are GUARANTEED a “Republican” form of government. Any judicial interference with the ability of those whom we elect to carry out the will of the people should be treated as an insurrection and firmly dealt with. That Article IV, Section 4 exist is a clear message that both the legislative and executive branches, because they are elected, hold power over the judicial branch. Judges exerting power over those we elect is NOT the “Republican” form of government GUARANTEED to us in the Constitution. Arrest them and send them to GITMO for trials and punishment.

You focused on that, too. This tells me that most of the judiciary are, deep down, spineless cowards who's backs are supported by the sheer force of the smoke they blow up each others butts during times when massive hubris just isn't enough.

We need to evolve our language a bit more, stop referring to judges as Your Honor and use Her Fuhrer.

Now we can see why dirty Harry Reid gave up the filibuster on judges to stack the DC courts where most constitutional challenges are filed. Trump’s main opposition now are Obama judges.
