The first RICO racketeering charges against members and associates of the migrant terrorist group Tren de Aragua were filed this week in New York.

A statement by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York said that the case is part of "Operation Take Back America," which it said is a "nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Justice Department to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime."

According to the statement, the charges filed against 27 alleged current and former Tren de Aragua (TdA) members include human smuggling, sex trafficking and murder.

"Today, we have filed charges against 27 alleged members, former members, and associates of Tren de Aragua, for committing murders and shootings, forcing young women trafficked from Venezuela into commercial sex work, robbing and extorting small businesses, and selling ‘tusi,’ a pink powdery drug that has become their calling card," announced Matthew Podolsky, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

Podolsky said that the indictments "make clear that this Office will work tirelessly to keep the law-abiding residents of New York City safe, and hold accountable those who bring violence to our streets."

The charges were filed in two separate indictments, the first against six alleged current members of Tren de Aragua and the second against 21 alleged members and associates of a splinter gang known as "Anti-Tren," which consists of former TdA members.

The Trump State Department has designated Tren de Aragua, as well as several other migrant gangs present throughout the U.S., as foreign terrorist organizations.

Hypothetically, lets say the Trump DOJ wanted to prosecute a wide ranging RICO investigation that may or may not extend to one or more violent foreign, trans national criminal cartels, terrorist groups and foreign military operators infiltrating across our intentionally wide open borders, their state and NGO sponsors and members of the Biden Administration and members of Congress.

You obviously would want to arrest the criminals to question them to get evidence and hopefully flip a few to become cooperating witnesses.

But how exactly would one do this for a group such as s Tren de Aragua where the Venezulan Maduro Government is not just a co conspirator , they are one of the de facto ring leaders of the group.

It's not like you can threaten to send them home to Venezuela for punishment or anything like that and their allies in the US have been releasing them from custody without even needing to post bail and have even went to the extent of denying that the gangs and their criminal activity even exists.

What to do?

Well, you could round up the gang members and arrest them for questioning but what would prevent them from just laughing in your face given that they know for certain that the fix is in for them in the Venezuelan and US justice systems .

It's not like the Trump Administration could use US anti terrorism laws to send some of the lower level TDA thugs to a place like El Salvaodr's CECOT Gangster mega prison, which strikes terror into the hearts of even the most hard core , baddest gangster , for the rest of their lives.

And then use the threats of sending the gang leaders to same prison to get them to cooperate with investigators and turn states evidence in a wide ranging RICO investigation.

And of course, Attny Gen Pam Blondie is such dizzy, air headed publicity seeker she would never be smart enough to be putting surveillance on the co conspirators inside the US and foreign governments and NGOs

Nope, could never happen.

The Trump Team is too stupid and the and the RICO targets in the US and foreign governments and judicial systems are just too smart.

Smart move. In the past, the Left have loved RICO. We’ll see how they now like it being used against their foreign gang buddies.

Hmm, US DOJ is so stymied by this.

Let’s see as a thought experiment:

How would China, Russia, India, Japan, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, Saudis, even Hungary handle these lawfare surfing, drug wheeling, amoral, feral, dangerous, beasts?

Why the urge to coddle them like precious gifts. We’re not the UK, Denmark, or other squishy, self loathing legacy state bent on national suicide. At least not anymore.

If they’re smart, time to follow the trails RICO could provide, including NGOs, politicians, and judges.

The DOJ needs to slam the companies that hire illegals and the “temp agencies” that employs them as contractors to shield big companies who use them. Tyson foods should be bankrupted. Make examples of companies so no one would dare hire illegals and the aliens and they will leave.

the RICO trail will lead to 98% of the judicial and congressenional and executive branch doors.

and the NGOs NPO’s , and the private titans of finance including banks.

thats why Pres Trump terrifies them all and why they will by any means stop or murder him.
