Federal Judge Slams Far-Left ACLU Activist for Secret Attempt to Influence Court in Illegal Alien Deportation Case Through Improper Ex Parte Communication

In a scathing rebuke, U.S. District Judge James Wesley Hendrix, a Trump appointee, issued a blistering court order chastising the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) for attempting to engage in an ex parte communication — a serious breach of judicial ethics — in a high-profile case involving illegal aliens detained at the Bluebonnet Detention Center.
Ex parte communications are interactions where one party or their representative communicates directly with a judge or decision-maker about a pending case without notifying the other parties.

“Far left ACLU. Now there is a redundancy for you”
At least they used the phrase “far left” which almost NEVER happens. They have no problem with “far right” at every opportunity.

I parse the phrasing of that sentence as meaning the writers were suggesting that only this individual is far left. Not the ACLU.
Otherwise it would have said far left ACLU, instead it’s only the activist who’s far left. What up pile of bovine excretion

My plan if the Judges are not going to do any real work, then they can at least be entertaining……

An ex parte communication is a written or oral communication that involves only one side of a pending or imminent case without giving reasonable prior notice to all parties involved.
This type of communication is generally prohibited in legal proceedings to ensure fairness and that all parties have the same information as the judge deciding the case. Exceptions are made for administrative purposes, such as scheduling or emergencies, provided no party gains an advantage.
If an ex parte communication occurs, the judge must disclose it to all parties and give them an opportunity to respond.
Fine. So why were 75 democrat Congressmen meeting WEEKLY in private with NUMEROUS federal district and regional appellant judges the past 3 months?

You’re right. Still ... “far-left” seldom is used, especially regarding actual far-left people or groups. Commies.

ACLU does something that sounds unethical? Not good. But isn’t this sort of like complaining that skunks smell bad?

You can bet there is a lot of this going on with certain judges... Like Boasberg at 1:00am on a Saturday?

I think that is obvious. There are judges that do not obey the law. Only Republicans are not above the law. 🙂👍
