I’m assuming that phrase also includes ABC’s “This week.” ABC didn’t get the memo. Why would ABC include a clip of California Governor Gavin Newsom, who will run for the Presidency in 2028 (if not earlier), saying the Republicans are using this issue of Garcia in El Salvador as a distraction and that Republicans thinks this is an 80/20 issue (where 80% prefer Republican’s side of this issue, 20% prefer Democrat’s side of this issue)?

the one question that the judges do not answer is what is the legal status difference between an illegal criminals rights if they spend 10 years hiding in the US, stealing, being true to their gang, making under the table nontaxed money and a gang member that flies in at an airport or border crossing and sees 1 or 2 border security officers with his gang affiliation tats and no papers and gets told they may not proceed and returned to their country. no money spent or court dates given, just rejected for cause. the courts allow this every day at the border.
