You’re saying things that are often repeated, but are not factual.

The human body needs amino acids that are hard to attain on a vegan diet, pure and simple fact. Many vegans (that truly follow through with it) end up anemic (not genetic, environmental, but dietary caused) and with other issues because of this diet.

Your argument does not even make sense. Even the vegan eats a diet that has industrial food, i.e. herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, irradiation, homogenization, pasteurization, additives for color, stabilizers, preservatives, use of fertilizers... Even so called “organic” foods are fake. Unless you buy from a farmer direct, you’re getting industrial food.

Hard to attain does not mean impossible to attain. As I said, you must do the research into how to get everything you need. Plenty of people who choose veganism do not do that, hence the anemia.

I didn't say vegans CAN avoid all those substances you mentioned. I said they avoid meat and dairy because they DO have those substances. Should they eat nothing because those substances are in everything?

The standard American diet has brought us to, roughly, 30 percent of us being obese and/or diabetic from being fat ... and yet you decry a different way of eating.

I get it, you disagree. Fine. I'm agnostic one way or another. But the way we are eating now is making us sick. Let other people eat a different way. It's no skin off your ass.
